Lucy Eaglesfield has more than 20 years' experience and is a specialist in implementing sustainable community investment plans and leading numerous award-winning charity partnerships between corporates and charities.  

Lucy Hawkes is a community strategy expert, having worked for numerous charities such as Refuge, Plan International well as corporates.

What are the course dates and timings?

We run a few courses each quarter (we group them into ‘seasons’). Keep an eyeon our website for upcoming dates. Half day courses and workshops willusually start at 9:30am GMT (with breaks), but you will receive a calendarinvite and welcome email nearer the time with more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking for a full refund within 7 days of purchase,providing your course start date is over a week away. If your course starts in less than a week, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available if the course starts in less than 24 hours.

How much contact will I get with the course speaker?

The course is delivered live to a small cohort of students, so you will be able to engage with the speaker throughout and during the Q&A discussion at the end.
